We love how this mattress doesn't leave us sweating when we wake. I'm not one who can sleep without heavy blankets but would often wake up sweating in our old (different brand) mattress. It's soft and comfortable! We are really happy with it.

It got a little more plush after two weeks but I would feel the harder foam base. It was never comfortable laying on my side. It was okay on my back. I just couldn't bare it anymore, I've got fibromyalgia. I'm about to get a hysterectomy. I got a hybrid model and it's already making me want to fall asleep on it. 3/10 rating for people with chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia.

I was in heaven the first 6 months, I used to lay down and feel all my aches and pains melt away. It's been 13 months now and as someone with fibromyalgia, I am couch ridden most of the day, because I wake so many times to roll over from of all the pressure on my joints. I don't sleep and that's the most important thing I can do for myself. Even my husband thinks it sucks now. Feels nothing like it did in the beginning. Not flippable.

I was on a sleep number bed, before getting my Serta. I slept on my sleep number way too long, I had to have surgery and figured it was time to start over with a new bed. the best thing I could have done. Back issues caused me to retire to my bed for weeks at a time. Having the adjustable bed helped me so much, and I love the Zero gravity, it's like floating Thank you .

I loved the appearance of this mattress, the comfort of it while laying on it in the store for about 10-15 minutes, I never could get a good nights sleep with my old mattress, I hated going to bed at night. The foam mattress is terrible. It was will develop an indentation and deep impression where you sleep which makes the rest of the mattress uncomfortable. If you go through the warranty claim process they will only give you the exact same terrible mattress

Really enjoying the comfort of this bed. I have vertigo and when I have spells I have to sleep sitting in an upright position and this bed allows me to do that! Also being able to read a book or watch tv comfortably is very important as well .

My 8 year old spent all day going from store to store laying on each and every mattress. After he found this one he had his mind set that it was the one he wanted because he said it felt like it held him and cuddle him so he would sleep very well on it. After years of waterbed use we finally decided to make the switch to a traditional mattress. The iComfort foam mattress is firm enough to provide good body support but is still nice and soft to crawl into after a long day. The fabric on the mattress is so plush that my husband didn't want to put sheets on it! One of our favorite features is the ability to roll over in bed and not disturb the other person. I also appreciate that we do not have to flip the mattress.

I went into Mattress Firm to purchase a regular pillow top mattress, but after laying on the "I COMFORT BLUE TOUCH 500 PLUSH" I couldn't leave without it, just laying on it in the store I didn't want to get up! Upgrading from an innerspring mattress to the I Comfort Foam Plush was worth the every penny, this is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I was concerned about heat retention as I am a very hot sleeper, but the I Comfort Foam has a cooling gel infused into the foam that really helps keeps the bed cooler-it's not just a marketing gimmick. There are three firmness levels available, we chose the soft based on our sleep evaluation which appears to have been accurate. The mattress is "motionless" in the sense that I don't wake up if my wife moves or gets up during the night, another plus. The sides have a bit of reinforcement built in so you won't feel like you're falling out of the bed if you get close to the edge and there an no innersprings to cause pressure points, so your arms, hips and legs won't go numb before you go to sleep. This mattress has given us the best sleep we've had in years.

This sis not like a pillow top mattress. It's soft, but doesn't sag after a few months of use. The foam doesn't cause discomfort, such as sweating. Overall, this was a great purchase.

This is what you have been searching for in a matress. My previous Mattress (other name brand made in Michigan), ended up making a big dip in the center of the bed and became externally uncomfortable for me. I did not want this to happen again so I did my reasearch this time and this matress should not have the same issue. As soon as I move, the matress rebounds to its normal position. I am only 180 pounds.
